I've had very mixed feelings about Stoked season 2 and the direction to writers decided to take it - shafting Fin, treated Lo to some horrible character derailing, etc. Overall, I did not like season 2 and I feel like both season 1 and season 2 should have been condensed down significantly. That aside, I am upset that the way Fin felt about Reef and Lo/Reef was never addressed, and that Reef's sudden interest in Lo was, well. Sudden. Basically, I have some thoughts on Fin and that way she (might) have perceived Reef and the idea of Reef/Fin:

1. There is one fundamental thing that Reef did not realize about Fin: She needed to see (in season 1) that Reef was always going to keep being openly interested and that all of what they went through in season 1 was not just some casual game Reef played when he was bored. The thing is, I don't think Fin realized that Reef had actual feelings for her. I think she just assumed that he just wanted someone too make-out with occasionally (and it's not exactly like he didn't give her a reason to think this isn't what he wanted i.e. Penthouse of Horror). Once she felt sure of that, I strongly believe she would have made a move. The first move is always going to need to be Fin's, done at her own pace, so she feels safe and in control.

2. Going hand-and-hand with #1, Reef/Lo's relationship reflected what Fin thought Reef wanted. No substance. Just look at how quickly Reef turned to Lo. I can't fathom Reef's thinking, honestly. I feel stupid for giving him too much credit for "understanding the way Fin worked" BUT HE DIDN'T.

Do you guys have any thoughts on this issue? Or do you think it was just bad writing.

I'm sure you've all already heard (or not), but, THE NIGHTMARE FINALLY ENDED<3

LET US DISCUSS AND WORHSIP THE EVENTS OF GROMFEST.
AKA, THE DAY WE STARTED BELIVING IN FRESH TV AGAIN<3
(Sorry, my computer's crapping out on me and won't let me upload the REEFIN KISS)

Oh, and some questions:

Do you think this is the end of Stoked?

If so, are you satisfied with the ending? What do you wish would have happened that didn't? What were your favorite Stoked moments, or moments in the Stoked community?

If not, what do you think will happen next? Do you think Loseph wil become canon? How will Reef and Fin act as a couple? What's a moment/episode/plotline you want to see happen next season?

Well, I'll leave you all to fanboy/girl. WE WON, REEFIN IS ENDGAME<3

Hey guys!

First off: there is a girl (13dreams13) on FF.net who has taken passages from one of fin_mccloud 's stories (here) and added them to her story (here). The majority of the stolen passages are in chapter three.
Obviously, your plagiarism radar is going insane while reading both fics. Sami and myself have both reviewed the fic, asking 13dreams13 to remove the bits she took from Sami's fic, however she has ignored us and is using her 'young age' as a babyblanket. For anyone who has ever been a victim of plagiarism (or who has ever just posted a fic before) knows that this shouldn't go ignored. It would be must appreciated if any of you Reef/Fin shippers would review her fic mentioning the plagiarism and/or PM her on ff.net.

Secondly: would anyone be interested in doing a Reef/Fin comment-ficathon? Basically we all leave comments with prompts in a post, and then fill the prompts.

Happy New Year!

ETA: "NOT in the mood, Reef." She said, rubbing her sore back and leaning to reach the box of ceral from the highest most shelf; with no luck. She tried to jump up, but still couldnt reach. A chuckle came up behind her and Reef's tan, muscaler hand extended to grab the ceral. "Here ya go, shortie." He smirked and handed the box to Fin, who snatched it from him and murmered a quick thanks.

I am like 99.9% sure that's from that 50 themes one-shot, Say What. Christ.
